A: In short we will meet with you to attain information about your business. Things such as what your business does, what you want the website to accomplish, what makes your company remarkable, who your competitors are, your goal’s and idea’s etc… Once we have all of the relevant information our team will then design the website concepts and send them to your for your approval. Once it is all approved we will complete the work and publish the site. Our team of experts will guide you throughout the entire process.

A: This can vary depending on several things such as how big the website is (number of pages) and the features and functionality that is included in the website. For example a single page 5 section scrolling website will cost $995 + GST and if you sign up for our newsletter you can save 5% making your websites set up fee equate to $945.25 + GST. Our typical website projects cost around $1,500.

A: The time it takes to produce a website depends on the size and complexity of your website. A basic website typically takes around 1-3 weeks from beginning to end. Some more custom and complex projects may take longer.

A: Yes, using responsive web design we ensure our sites work on all devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets and mobiles. Our websites are displayed similar to an app on mobile devices so viewers do not need to zoom in.

A: Yes, you most definitely can. Our content management system can build and host your online store, and we can set up all of the necessary security to ensure your customers’ details remain safe and secure.

A: A content management system (CMS) enables you to maintain the content on your website without any additional software or technical skill. When using a CMS, you can add new pages, upload images and be in full control of your site – all you need is a web browser and an internet connection.

A: Yes, we provide all our clients with training on maintaining their website via the CMS.

A: Yes, we can! We work with talented and experienced copywriters to help you get your message across simply and directly. Our copywriters can even write content that can help your site be found via Google.

A: Yes, we sure can. Our skilled designers are not only brilliant at producing great looking websites, but they can design a unique logo for your business too.

A: Yes. We will help you source stock photos from sites such as www.crestock.com and www.istock.com. We also have photographers and videographers available to produce custom photography and videos for your website.

A: No. Our talented team of designers, developers, copywriters and strategists are all in Sydney, NSW.

A: The project starts with a 50% deposit. After design sign off and before we move into programming, we collect 25%. Once we have completed and fulfilled our scope, the final 25% is collected and your website is then scheduled for launch.
